Acquisition of a commercial plot of land in Prague 4 – Michle with a total area of 12,829 m².
The plot houses a former switchboard building. The project includes the conversion and completion of the existing building into a hostel or micro-warehouses within the framework of the existing zoning plan.
On the second plot, the goal is to change the zoning plan and build an apartment building.
