Radek Švec studied economic statistics at the University of Economics (VŠE) in Prague. In the early 1990s, he participated in the organization of international banking congresses in Prague and in the development of the Firmdata software. Over the past three decades, he has founded, managed or invested in a number of companies and startups, including Multiservis, Dáme Jádlo, Rohlík.cz and the Enern investment group. In the Spolumajitelé group, he focuses primarily on the investment strategy of real estate and land projects that support natural and sustainable development with added value.

Jan Diblík is a lawyer specializing in technology law and intellectual property law, where he worked in renowned law firms such as Linklaters and Havel Partners, where he was also a partner. In the Spolumajitelé group, he focuses on resolving complex property disputes, especially restitution and inheritance cases, where he helps find fair solutions. This is based on an ethical approach in all circumstances and offers fair assistance in complicated situations where ordinary financial institutions fail. His goal is to build Spolumajitelé as a strong and trustworthy brand and at the same time develop charitable activities as a natural part of the group.
