Spolumajitelé Energie

Spolumajitelé Energie (formerly SigniSol) is the energy division of Spolumajitelé Group. It focuses on engineering, development of its own electricity generation projects based on gas cogeneration units (GCUs), and construction of infrastructure for providing power balancing services and local distribution systems across the Czech Republic, from Klatovy to Olomouc.

In the first phase, with gradual commissioning beginning in late 2026, the target capacity of the implemented projects will reach 42 MW, with a total investment of 1 billion Czech crowns.

We rely on a diversified revenue model with a significant role for SVR, without dependence on a single source of income.

We implement projects on our own or long-term leased land. The goal of the project is to build an energy infrastructure that will not only benefit from the long-term provision of SVR itself, but will also serve as a local energy source for heat and, where applicable, cooling.
