Energy sector is becoming an integral part of Spolumajitelé Group
Two years after joining the engineering firm SigniSol, we are integrating energy projects into the Spolumajitelé Group structure.
We will continue to develop projects related to electricity generation, construction of infrastructure for providing power balancing services, and local distribution systems under the Spolumajitelé Energie brand.
We expect the integration with the Spolumajitelé team to lead to successful development and acceleration of all existing projects we are building across the Czech Republic. In the first phase, with gradual commissioning beginning in late 2026, the target capacity will reach 42 MW with a total investment of 1 billion Czech crowns.
The energy team is led by Jáchym Švec together with Jan Hašek.
