The Spolumajitelé group ended 2025 with a series of successfully completed acquisitions
In December 2025, the Spolumajitelé investment group completed four significant real estate acquisitions:
- Malostranské náměstí 1, a historic apartment building in the heart of Prague, which waited many years for a chance at a new life
- Atrium Petřiny (formerly Comenius), a building with 254 residential units in Prague's Petřiny district
- 2,100 hectares of land in the Cheb region, the largest collection of real estate co-owned by individuals in the Czech Republic
- Pětidomí: a unique collection of five Art Nouveau apartment buildings in Brno
The group thus ended the past year with a series of successfully completed investments totaling more than CZK 4 billion.
Most of these purchases are the result of successfully resolving complex and long-standing co-ownership or inheritance situations.
